My stay at the hotel was comfortable and convenient, with a great location near the center of Geneva. The rooms were average but clean, though lacking proper air circulation. The service was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to assist guests. The dining options were somewhat limited but included, and the breakfast was plentiful. The facilities were good, and the hotel offers a range of amenities. Overall, a decent choice for a stay in Geneva.

I've had to work all day and night, and the rooms at this hotel were spacious and really good value for Geneva. However, the heat in the afternoon was too much to handle. The family room was reasonably priced.

The service was top-notch. They told me they would cancel online and arrange the same room for two persons for one night. I was asked to pay 190 CHF in cash. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located near the bus station, easy to reach from the train station and the airport. They were always helpful and ready to assist with a smile.
